Earl Lynch is an internationally recognised facilitator, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and leadership development specialist with more than 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations unlock their full potential.

Throughout his career, Earl has built a reputation for creating highly engaging, practical, and transformational learning experiences that drive genuine behavioural change. His passion for personal development, combined with an energetic and authentic delivery style, has enabled him to impact thousands of professionals across the globe.

Earl’s professional journey began with the prestigious Covey Leadership Centre in Birmingham, where he became a facilitator of the world-renowned The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This experience provided a powerful foundation in leadership, effectiveness, and personal growth that continues to influence his work today.

He subsequently joined The Learning Partnership as a consultant, where he worked with some of the world’s leading organisations, including Microsoft, GSK, Pfizer, AMP, and Fujitsu. As the business evolved into Oxygen Learning, one of the UK’s most respected learning and development consultancies, Earl continued to expand his influence and expertise.

During his time with Oxygen Learning, Earl became Head of Facilitation, leading and collaborating with an exceptional team of world-class facilitators delivering transformative programmes across multiple industries and continents. Together, they supported major global brands including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Mars, Diageo, Woolworths, and many other Fortune 500 organisations. This period further cemented Earl’s reputation as one of the profession’s most versatile and impactful facilitators.

In 2009, during the global financial crisis, Earl made the bold decision to establish The Kairos Experience Ltd. Drawing upon years of experience, proven methodologies, and a deep belief in the power of learning, he created a business dedicated to delivering world-class leadership, sales, customer service, coaching, and organisational development programmes. Since then, The Kairos Experience has grown into a highly respected international consultancy, serving clients across a diverse range of sectors and cultures.

Earl’s work has taken him to more than 46 countries since 1998, giving him a unique understanding of cultural diversity, global business challenges, and the universal principles of effective leadership and high performance.

Never one to stand still, Earl identified the potential of virtual learning long before it became mainstream. Following the successful delivery of a major programme for Microsoft in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2015, he was challenged to recreate the same level of impact through an online experience. He embraced the challenge and pioneered highly interactive virtual learning approaches that maintained both engagement and business relevance.

This decision proved transformational. When the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of virtual learning worldwide, Earl and The Kairos Experience were uniquely positioned to help organisations navigate the shift. By November 2025, approximately 62% of Earl’s facilitation work was being delivered virtually. His ability to combine business-focused content with creative, memorable, and often humorous experiential activities earned him a reputation for making online learning every bit as engaging and impactful as face-to-face delivery.

Alongside his work through The Kairos Experience, Earl remains an active contributor to the global learning and development community. He serves as Chief Representative for DOOR UK and collaborates with a number of highly respected organisations, including DOOR International, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Intelligent Inspiration, and Executive Training & Consulting (ETC). These partnerships enable him to contribute to significant leadership, organisational development, coaching, and transformational learning initiatives across multiple sectors and international markets.

Away from work, Earl is a passionate family man, devoted husband, proud father of four, sportsman, cook, musician, and person of faith. A former chart-topping musician with Capital Letters, he still enjoys playing the piano and relaxing with great music. Whether on stage, in a virtual classroom, coaching one-to-one, or speaking at international events, Earl remains driven by a simple belief: that every person has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked.

His greatest satisfaction comes from helping people experience those moments when the “lights go on”, perspectives change, confidence grows, and lasting transformation begins.
