We work with a number of partner organisations enabling us to offer a much wider range of services. Our partners include; Clarity Leadership, DOOR International, ETC, CIPD, Positive Intervention, Eagles Flight, Intelligent Inspiration, and New Journey Marketing.

This enables us to offer a range of personal, individual training sessions, counselling and coaching. We can also assist businesses in a consultancy capacity and facilitate conference and events creating relevant content to present, or appear as guest speakers.

Earl Lynch – Managing Director

Earl is passionate about personal development and helping people to realise the potential within. With over 20 years experience in designing, developing and delivering highly engaging learning programs for global businesses, he lives and breathes The Kairos Experience. He’s a multi award winning facilitator, with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of sales process, account management, and sales management effectiveness.

His other passions in life include his family, faith and having fun. Earl was once a chart topping musician with Capital Letters. He still likes to play piano from time to time and loves to sit back, relax and listen to great music.

Earl Lynch is a powerhouse. A facilitator, coach, consultant, chief representative for DOOR UK, cook, sportsman, husband, and proud father of 4. There is nothing he enjoys doing more than being in front of an audience, helping them to learn and develop. He really enjoys seeing the “lights go on” in people’s lives as they come to terms with their challenges and start to take action to improve their individual and collective lives within a business.

Earl’s journey with DOOR has been a long and slightly complex one, however, foundational to this has been the relationship with CEO, Ricardo Lillo. They began collaborating in 2012, mostly helping his UK business by building efficiencies with increasingly global operations. It evolved to the point where he was delivering for DOOR International projects and even visited DOOR HQ in 2019.

That day was a “Kairos Moment” for all of us, a moment of destiny, a moment where something special happened, as the first face to face meetings after years of collaboration finally happened. A fabulous series of conversations followed and led to Earl becoming the chief representative of DOOR UK and also becoming a key member of several different international projects.

It is both an honour and a privilege to work together, we have a fabulous global team, the friendliest and most accommodating administration and support staff and a leadership team that feel like family. We look forward to our future success together!
